"AutoVRse", "we", "us", or "our" shall mean TDW Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in Bangalore (INDIA), and operating under its trademarked name "AutoVRse".


"User", "you", or "your" shall mean any person who accesses or uses the Services.

AutoVRse is not responsible for the actions of third-party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. Any link to those sites does not constitute our sponsorship, approval of, or affiliation with, those people or companies. By using the Game, you are expressing your agreement to this Policy and the processing of your data, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. 4.1. Essential Service Providers. AutoVRse engages various third-party service providers for essential game functionality, analytics, and service improvement. These providers include, but are not limited to:

  • Data Shared: IP address, connection data, gameplay session information

12.CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Services are not intended for users under 10 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 years of age. Users between 10 and 13 years (hereinafter referred to as “Child” or “Children”) must have parental consent to use the Services. This section is intended to notify the parents of any Children of our practices with respect to the collection of personal information from Children, and the use and disclosure thereof. This section applies only to Children and is supplementary to the other provisions of this Policy.


12.1. Validation: To access the Game, any user, including a Child, must log in via a Meta account. When registering for a Meta account, users are asked to disclose the age category to which they belong. When an attempt is made to access the Game, we receive this information from a connection to Meta, which then allows us to identify whether the user is a Child. This practice is ensures that we comply with all applicable laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and its regulations (collectively "COPPA"), in force in USA. Please note that a Child will be able to access all features of the Game, just like any other user. The parent or legal guardiancan modulate access to voice chat functionalities in the Meta parental account.


12.2. Meta Account Creation: A parent or legal guardian may grant access to our Service and / or Game to a Child, by creating a Meta account for their benefit, when you download the Game. To create a Meta account for their Child, parents or legal guardians must agree to the collection, use and disclosure of their Child's information as set forth in Meta's Privacy Statement and Meta's Parent Privacy Statement. Otherwise, the Child will not be able to play the Game. This process is carried out directly with Meta, using the following link.


12.3. Personal Information Sharing with Meta. As a parent or legal guardian of a Child, it is important to note that you will be asked to verify your identity during the process of creating your Meta account and to provide personal information. This personal information is subject to Meta's privacy policy, which we refer you to if you have any questions. As part of this process, we do not collect, and Meta does not communicate with us, any of your personal information.


12.4. Collection of Personal Information. The only personal information we collect from your Child is the following:

12.4.1. Location information linked to your IP address, such as city, state, territory and country;

12.4.2. Unique IDs, such as username, account number, Meta account ID / name;

12.4.3. Other information posted or provided through the Services.

12.4.4. Audio information recorded when the microphone is activated in the Game.

12.4.5. Any other information mentioned in Section (3), titled “INFORMATION COLLECTION AND PROCESSING”.


12.5. Usage & Disclosure of Personal Information. This information is used to provide the Service and grant access to the Game and its features to your Child, once your authorization has been granted via the Meta parental account under your control. We do not share or disclose any of your Child's personal information except as follows:


12.5.1. If necessary to protect the safety of the Child, including disclosure of personal information, where appropriate, to law enforcement, governmental or regulatory agencies, or other lawful authorities.

12.5.2. To enable us to take precautions against liability;

12.5.3. To provide the Service, or to enhance the security of the Service. In this regard, personal information may be transferred to third-party operators, as mentioned in Section (4), titled “DATA SHARING, THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENTS”.


12.6. At any time, parents or legal guardians may review their Child's personal information that is stored by AutoVRse, request correction or deletion of such personal information, or indicate refusal to our continued collection or use of their Child's personal information by contacting us at the e-mail address (privacy.game@autovrse.in). To protect the privacy and security of parents and the privacy and security of Children using the Service, we may ask parents or legal guardians to provide additional information, which we be kept strictly confidential, and / or to verify a parent's identity before providing information or making any corrections. This identity verification process may be performed through the linked Meta account and, as a result, personal information may be collected and exchanged with Meta for this purpose.
